About me 

From a young age, I had the opportunity to be exposed to birth and its multifaceted miracles, firsthand, and by the teachings of the wonderful birth workers that were present in my life. Their influence inspired me, igniting a passionate dedication to birth work and providing tailored services to those in need. I went on to study at the International Doula Institute and received my certifications as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding Counselor, and Childbirth Educator equipping myself with the tools I would need to effectively serve. I am now faced daily with opportunities for outreach, education, birth activism/awareness, and full-spectrum support to those around me. There is still so much change we need to see in the realm of birth and in the advancement of our society in terms of equality, equity, and justice for all life givers and I believe that doula services are key as we strive for better as a whole. 
I approach Prenatal/Birth/Postpartum support with an attitude of humility and respect for the sacred nature of such a personal journey.  I seek to guide others into a comforting and respectful relationship with childbirth and I hold the understanding that no birth is the same and should be revered. Its individuality recognized, its needs met without hindrance, and its uniqueness celebrated! 
I am so honored to be able to serve the families of Nassau County and the greater NYC metropolitan area through such life-changing moments in their lives.
